Our workouts are different every day. You have lots of different body parts so lets use them all.

 

Intense:

This is the one that scares people off but there's one very important thing to remember.

Intensity is relative.

You work as hard as YOU can not as hard as the person who has been training for 5 years.

We will scale the workout to match your level all you got to do is try your best.

GETTING STARTED AT CROSSFIT ASHBOURNE

We know CrossFit has an intimidating reputation, so we’ve created a smooth on-ramp process for new members:

1. STARTER PACK

Our starter pack is the first step in deciding whether CrossFit Ashbourne is right for you. You don’t need to “get in shape” to start as we’ve scaled all workouts to be friendly and accessible for any fitness level.

Our starter pack consists of a 1-1 half hour intro and then 3 classes a week for 3 weeks.

2. FEEDBACK

Once you've completed your starter pack we will sit down and discuss how you found the classes, if the class schedule worked for you and most of all if you enjoyed them.

3. SIGN UP AND BECOME AWESOME

To keep going after your starter pack, join CrossFit Ashbourne!

One of our coaching team will sit down with you and discuss realistically how many times you can commit to a week and work out a package that suits you.

Our personal trainers will function as your colleague, coach and teacher as they help you achieve optimal health and fitness through a complete fitness program that includes the following elements. 

Assessment

Our personal trainers identify your specific fitness needs and create a plan for you to efficiently and effectively achieve your desired results.

Customized Planning

Our customized training plans are tailored to meet your specific goals, while maximizing results and minimizing injuries. 

Organization

Each workout is organized and planned prior to your appointment, so that when you arrive at CrossFit Ashbourne you can start working out right away by warming up and stretching in a private personal training suite. We don’t waste time figuring out what to do next or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine. The entire workout session is organized from start to finish so that your time is focused on achieving your specific results. You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout.

Coaching

As your coach, we ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise — too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.
